Many students in rural and government schools face gaps in learning, digital exposure and career guidance. This limits their ability to move beyond basic education.
Newage works to strengthen the entire student journey by improving learning environments, enabling digital access and guiding students towards higher education, skills and employment opportunities. The focus is on helping students not just stay in school, but move forward with confidence and direction.
Our Approach
Digital & Academic Strengthening Initiative
This program works to improve learning in government schools by using digital tools along with regular academic support. It helps students stay more engaged in class, reduces learning gaps and supports better academic results. The program includes setting up digital classrooms with smart learning tools, providing remedial support to students who need extra help and ensuring access to basic school essentials like books, furniture and uniforms. Where required, mobility support is also provided to help students reach school. In addition, teachers are given basic orientation so they can effectively use digital tools in their teaching.

Career Awareness & Pathways Initiative
This program supports students in moving beyond school by giving them the right guidance, exposure and opportunities for higher education and career paths. It includes career awareness workshops to help students understand different options, guidance for higher studies along with scholarship support and skill-based sessions to build practical knowledge. Students also benefit from mentorship and interactions with role models, along with training in employability and soft skills. For those preparing for government exams, the program also provides sponsorship and support to help them move forward confidently.
