With growing community trust, structured initiatives like Sabse Pehle Poshan and Saksham Siksha were introduced, along with education camps and health-focused activities in collaboration with institutions.
-
2021
Despite COVID disruptions, field engagement continued. Project Sui Dhagaa was launched to train tribal women in sewing and crafts, promoting livelihoods and self-reliance.

Work expanded to new villages with continued safe outreach. Environmental efforts began under Project Dhara Shringaar and the organisation secured CSR-1 registration.

Key initiatives scaled with Project Warmth reaching over 1,000 children. Awareness drives were conducted with public institutions and the first CSR-supported sports project, Levelling the Playing Field, was launched.
-
2024
Sports programs expanded across 100+ government schools, impacting 35,000 students. Digital training, livelihood support for women and large-scale distribution efforts further strengthened community impact.
-
2025
The organisation scaled its CSR partnerships significantly, expanding sports programs across 220+ government schools and strengthening grassroots sports ecosystems. Infrastructure development initiatives improved school & hostel facilities under Project Nirmaan, while Lightning Sports Playground projects enabled access to safe and functional play spaces. Clean drinking water access was enhanced through rural interventions under Project Neer. With multiple CSR-led programs across sports, infrastructure and community development, the year marked a phase of deeper, more structured impact across underserved regions.
